Rules for protecting your data at Baltic Bridge Consulting

Last update: February 2025

Who guards your information?

The administrator of your data is Baltic Bridge Consulting based in Gdynia at ul. Świętojańska 45. Marek Wiśniewski is personally responsible for everything. Since September 2013, we have operated on clear rules – both on production floors and in documents. Your data only reaches us when you decide to contact us, for example via the audit quote form.

We do not collect redundant information. We only need what allows us to prepare for a conversation about your logistics or production. Your name, e-mail address, and phone number are safe with us. We do not sell databases and we do not play with marketing spam. Numbers don't lie – we respect your privacy as much as we respect the processes at our 487 clients where we have searched for losses over the last years.

Why do we need your data?

We use it exclusively for specific technical and consulting tasks. When you leave us a message, Marek Wiśniewski or Andrzej Nowakowski analyze the reported problem. Then we call back – usually within 130 minutes – to arrange a 20-minute call about bottlenecks in your plant. Your data helps us plan a technical visit in Tczew, Słupsk, or another region of Poland where we are currently working.

We store this information as long as the project implementation or tax law requires. If you order an express audit for 4,840 PLN from us, your data will go on the invoice and accounting documentation. This is standard procedure, without fluff and unnecessary complications. If no cooperation occurs, we remove your data from our working list within 6 months of the last contact.

Cookies and Technology

Our site uses simple cookies so that we know what production directors are interested in. Thanks to them, we see if our guests read about the 5S system or crisis management more often. We do not track your private life online. We are only interested in whether our site is readable and whether the return on investment calculator works correctly on phones.

We use basic analytical tools that show us general statistics, for example, that 87% of users visit us during plant working hours. You can disable cookie support in your browser at any time. The site will continue to work, and you will still be able to check our case studies. We look for losses on the floor, not in your browser.

Your rights to insight and changes

You have full control over what we know about you. At any time, you can write to us at marek.wisniewski@baltic-bridge.pl and ask for insight into your data. You have the right to correct, transfer, or completely delete it from our database. If you decide we are doing something wrong, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

However, we prefer to settle matters quickly and directly. If you have doubts about our policy, just let us know. We will resolve it more efficiently than a warehouse bottleneck problem. Concrete instead of theory – this is our principle in every area of activity, including GDPR. Your data is your property; we only use it to fix your business.
