We are not desk theorists
It started in the port of Gdynia
In September 2013, Marek Wiśniewski noticed that forklifts in port warehouses were doing 34% too many empty runs. Instead of writing reports, he took a stopwatch and drew a new traffic map. This is how Baltic Bridge Consulting was born – from the need to fix what isn't working.
The shop floor is our natural terrain
Our consultants spend 87% of their working time directly at machines and racks. We don't believe in pretty presentations unless they translate into faster loading or fewer defects on the line. (By the way: we also wear steel-toed boots, so we know what real work looks like).

Our team are not salespeople, but engineers and logisticians. Each of us has worked at least 8 years in industrial plants before starting to advise others.
