We don't like complicated documents, so we write specifically. All content here is intended to let you know how we operate and what you can expect from us. If you are looking for textbook theory, this is not the place. We look for waste on the shop floor and deal with hard data about your production. We mainly operate in the Tricity region, but we travel to where factories and warehouses are.

Using our calculators or reading the blog is free, but it does not guarantee profit without implementing changes. Remember that numbers don't lie, so if your plant needs fixing, these rules are the first step. Everything you see here belongs to us. Do not copy our texts or waste maps without the director's consent. We respect your time and profit, so we ask for the same. Concrete instead of theory has been our main principle since the beginning of our activity.

Every cooperation starts with concrete facts. If you order an Express Audit, you pay 4,840 PLN net for 8 full hours of an engineer's work at your location. Our consultant, for example Andrzej Nowakowski, enters production in safety boots and looks for bottlenecks. We don't write reports just for the sake of writing – you get a list of the 5 main wastes to cut immediately. For larger projects, such as a Lean Sprint Implementation, we sign a separate agreement for a period of 3 to 6 months. Then Marek Wiśniewski and the team monitor results directly at the machines.

If the situation is critical, we react in 134 minutes. We act quickly because we know that an hour of downtime is a concrete loss of money. Our calculations regarding the return on investment are based on hard data from your plant. We don't promise miracles; we promise measurable process improvement. We recover your time and profit through the elimination of unnecessary movements, which we have already verified in 39 towns across Poland. Since September 2013, we have helped 487 clients fix their logistics.

We advise and point out where money is escaping, but you rule in your plant. Results depend on whether your foremen actually introduce the changes we talk about during the shop floor workshops. Baltic Bridge Consulting does not take responsibility for the errors of your employees or machine failures resulting from lack of service. We provide tools like the 5S system or SMED, but their maintenance is your daily work. We are not responsible for lost benefits if you stop implementation halfway through.

All materials you receive from us are intended only for your company. If our analysis shows that automation will pay off in 22 months, it is a forecast based on current market prices. The market changes, so we also regularly update our audits. To be honest, we are not the cheapest, but our methods have already fixed processes in hundreds of companies. Numbers don't lie – good optimization is an investment that must pay for itself in the foreseeable future.
