Exactly how much will I pay for the first shop floor audit?
An Express Audit costs 4,840 PLN net. For this price, our consultant spends 8 full hours directly on your production floor or in the warehouse. You won't get generalities, but a map of 5 specific wastes (Waste Map) and an ROI calculation for suggested changes.
After how many days will the investment in your services start to pay off?
The first measurable savings in logistics are usually visible after 19 business days from changing the notification system. The average full payback time from Lean implementation in our 2024 projects was exactly 3.4 months.
Do I have to buy expensive IT systems or machines?
Honestly? In 86.4% of cases, we fix processes without spending a single zloty on new equipment. We look for waste in employee movements and rack layout. We only advise new automation when the calculated return on investment is shorter than 22 months.
How will you convince my employees to change?
We don't do boring training in conference rooms. We enter the shop floor in safety boots and work side-by-side with your foremen. We show them how to work easier and faster, eliminating unnecessary lifting or searching for tools. This usually cuts resistance within 4 business days.
How are you different from typical consulting firms?
We don't send theorists in suits. At our company, Marek or Andrzej – people who have worked at least 8 years in industrial plants – enter the shop floor. Concrete instead of theory: instead of a 100-page report, you get a list of changes to be implemented immediately.
Do you work only in Gdynia?
Our main base is in Gdynia, but since September 2013, we have completed projects in 39 different towns. We are regularly in plants in Tczew, Słupsk, and Gdańsk. For projects over 7 business days, we travel anywhere in Poland.
Is my company not too small for Lean?
Our methods bring the greatest benefits in plants employing from 46 to 314 people. If you have fewer than 19 employees, full implementation may take too long to pay off – in that case, we usually only advise a one-day Express Audit.
How long does a typical Lean Sprint implementation take?
Full care over the change process usually takes from 3 to 7 months. During this time, we monitor results directly at the machines and train your middle management so that profits do not fall after we leave.
Who personally will work in my plant?
Every project is supervised by Marek Wiśniewski. We delegate consultants with experience in your industry to specific tasks on the shop floor – for example, Katarzyna Mazur deals exclusively with warehouse logistics and WMS systems.
